TBS will provide a Virtual CIO who is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT Ops and Infrastructure, including but not limited to the following…

  • Streamline daily IT Operations
  • Ensure all systems and software have updated Standard Operating Procures in place
  • Review and Evaluate all current IT support contracts
  • Project Management Supervision
  • Ensuring all IT Projects and existing systems are in alignment with established goals of the organization
  • Work with external vendors, consultants, and advisers to ensure projects and services are meeting established SLA's and budgets
  • Review previous IT budgets to identify waste and overspending.  Adjust where necessary while planning for growth
  • Identify technology-driven marketing and sales opportunities
  • Provide onsite presence to meet with Leadership about current IT systems and ongoing IT projects
  • Ensure that all business practices and operations adhere to the highest level of IT Security guidelines and best-practices
